What runs live: the distance from every contact to the MRI target, the 20 mm coverage check, and the choice of the closest 40% of contacts. Inputs are public: electrode positions from OpenNeuro ds003688 and MRI targets from the published evidence package. The MRI target is the peak of each subject's speech-versus-music fMRI response in the auditory cortex. Contacts are the good-quality ECoG and depth contacts the study used. Subject numbers are the dataset's subject IDs, for example sub-07. The live picks are compared against the study's logged picks.
What is replayed: the signal check and the accuracy, which need the full recordings. Small, exploratory study; not a medical device. Preprint: doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.23070900
